This was the first Lego Batman vs. Superman set that I bought. I thought that the new Batwing looked really unique and this set came with all of the main characters from the movie. I began this set by building the minifigures.
I began by building Batman. He is detailed from head to toe and his skin tone is darker than the other Batman minifigures. I think it is really unique how that recently all of the Batman minifigures have a headband on their heads that acts as their eyes when you put the mask on him. Batman also comes with a new and shiny cape. The next minifigure i worked on was Lois Lane. Her detailing is very basic and her legs are just a solid black. She isn't unique, but is a good edition to the new Batman vs. Superman series. Wonder Woman is the next minifigure I worked on. She is amazingly designed. This Wonder Woman minifigure is unique to the Batman vs. Superman series and she is detailed all over from heat to toe. She even comes with her bullet-repelling gauntlets. Next, I worked on Lex Luthor. His head is almost the same as the old Lex Luthor model and his outfit is slightly detailed. The hair kind of takes away from the original Lex Luthor look, but overall he looks fine. Finally, I build Superman. His character model looks fantastic and is updated a little from the previous Superman model. I like how that this new Superman has a smile on his face rather than the older versions where he has a serious look to him. After the minifigures, I moved onto the vehicles.

I built the helicopter first out of the two vehicles. The helicopter features an opening cockpit, spinning rotors, and 8 Kryptonite flick fire missiles. There is nothing special about the helicopter and it is boring looking when compared to the new Batwing. Speaking of the new Batwing, that is what I built next. The new Batwing features an opening cockpit, wings that foldout for takeoff/landing, and a six-shooting rapid shooter. There is a mechanism in the back when you move the thrusters that activates the foldout wings. This mechanism is a little stiff, but you can also manually just fold the wings. Also, the stud shooter is manual and you shoot it at the front of the ship. It is a little hard to turn if you have big fingers, but you can slide one finger across the top of the spinning device that shoots the studs and that will work. Overall I really love how this Batwing looks. It is sleek and fun to play with. Both of these vehicles are also great for displaying.

As a whole set, I loved it so much! Not only do you get the cool Batwing in the movie and Lex Luthor's helicopter, but you also get 5 exclusive minifigures. This set is perfect for displaying in a collection or playing with on your free time. The price is pretty good for what you get. I would rate this set 5/5. I hope this review was helpful to all who read it and that you continue to love LEGOS!
