With the new Star Wars movie only a month away, lots of new Lego sets are being released. These new sets should be released by next year or maybe a little earlier than that. Along with regular Lego sets, there the microfighters and the action figures that have also been shown. Here are some pictures of the new sets:

Review: LEGO 75131 Resistance Trooper Battle Pack
Name: Resistance Trooper Battle Pack
Set Number: 75131
Pieces: 112
Price: $12.99
Minifigures: 4
Theme: Star Wars
Year of Release: 2016
For every movie and TV series about Star Wars made, there are battle packs. This one just happens to be the one that goes with the movie that came out last year, Star Wars Episode VII The Force Awakens. I really liked this set and it took me around 10 minutes to make. I began by making the minifigures.
The first minifigure I built was the officer. There is mild detailing on the officer's chest and his legs are a solid brown color. His head only has one face and is unique from the other soldiers in that he has a headset detailed onto him. Each of the other Resistance fighters looks similar. Two of the three have the same chest detailing and the other one has a darker looking chest piece with a different design. They each come with a unique head piece. The Resistance fighters also come with their own helmets. Overall, the minifigures are cool looking, but they don't show the variety of aliens and other genders of troopers that were also in the Resistance. After I built the troopers, I moved onto the speeder.
This little speeder is neat looking, but unfinished looking. The only features it comes with are a spot for a driver, a spot for a gunner, and a rotating stud shooter. I wish that the speeder was a little larger and would be a little more realistic. By realistic I mean that the driver is completely exposed and wouldn't want to drive the speeder into a fight. I could rant on about how I don't like the speeder, but it's only a $12 set.
The set overall is unique and is a nice addon to the other Force Awakens Lego sets. I would buy a few of these sets only for building up a little resistance army and not using the speeder. The price to piece ratio is high, but you are given 4 minifigures which is more than most sets and all battle packs are $12. I would rate this set 4/5.I hope this review was helpful to all who read it and that you continue to love LEGOS!

Review: LEGO 75152 Imperial Assault Hovertank
Name: Imperial Assault Hovertank
Set Number: 75152
Pieces: 385
Price: $69.99
Minifigures: 3
Theme: Star Wars
Year of Release: 2016
The movie Rogue One is approaching rapidly on December 16, so I thought I would do a review on another one of its Lego sets. This set took me about 30 minutes to build. I started the build by making the minifigures.
The first minifigure I built was Chirrut Imwe. He is one of the most unique minifigures that I have ever seen. He comes with a robe, a staff, and a bow(I thought it was a big gun but Lego says otherwise.). Imwe also has a double sided face, one side smirking and the other side serious. His body is well detailed and you can clearly tell that he is blind by the color of his eyes. After Imwe, I built the hovertank pilots. These troopers are more detailed than most troopers in the Lego Star Wars franchise. From their helmet to their feet, there is so much detailing such as in the helmet, there are ridges in it to show that it isn't 2 dimensional. Each trooper comes with a blaster. Next, I built the hovertank.
At first I didn't want to buy the hovertank because I thought it would be small and boring. Not too long after buying it did I realize what a cool built this is. The tank features: lots of armor detailing, transparent wheels to make it look like its hovering, a rotating gun turret, two spring-loaded shooters, a storage container, elevating guns on the side, and a cockpit to put the two pilots in. The hovertank is fun to play with and looks fantastic when displayed! The set overall is fantastic and I can't believe I almost didn't buy it.
This set is one of the best buys I have made of any of the Lego Star Wars sets. The designers made this vehicle the perfect size to maneuver in small places and looks very imperial-like when you display it. Not only does this set come with a cool hovertank, it also comes with exclusive minifiures that you can only get in this set! Also, the piece to price ratio is very good. I would rate this set 5/5. I hope this review was helpful to all who read it and that you continue to love LEGOS!

Review: LEGO 75917 Raptor Rampage
Name: Raptor Rampage
Set Number: 75916
Pieces: 324
Price: $49.99
Minifigures: 3
Theme: Jurassic World
Year of Release: 2015
This Lego set was one of the more interesting ones out of the Jurassic World sets. I didn't have any raptor Legos before this set and now I do! It took me about 25 minutes to complete this build. I first began by building the minifigures.
I started with the ACU Trooper. The trooper has the generic body and legs for the ACU troopers seen in the other sets. The only thing that is different about him is his head, which makes sense because all the troopers should have the same outfit. He comes with a tranquilizer gun, a hat, and a ballistic vest. Also, the trooper's face is stoic. The next minifigure is worked on was Claire. She is well detailed on her chest-piece and comes with a cellphone. Claire has two faces, one serious and one angry. I'm really happy with her minifigure because is looks very similar to how she looked in the movie. The last minfigure I worked on was Owen Grady. His body and his legs are well detailed. He comes with a knife and two faces, one angry and one happy. Owen's minifigure also looks very similar to the movie version. Lastly, the two raptors. The two raptors in this set are named Delta and BLue. They each come with head cameras. They both have movable limbs, swiveling head, and a jaw that can be opened/closed. The patterns on the two raptors look fantastic and I like how the patterns vary on each of them. Blue and Delta have a scary look to them. After I finished the raptors, I moved onto the vehicles.
The first vehicle I worked on was the Mobile Vet Unit. Its features include: a cockpit, opening rear doors, a detailed interior, and a rotating turret on the roof of the carriage. The truck looks closely to the truck used in the movie, but it is a little boxy and big. It's not he greatest truck but it is a good vehicles to have in the Jurassic World set series. The last vehicle I built was Owen's motorcycle. I like it because it looks like an offroad bike and the green look would fit on a jungle scene really well.
My final opinion of this set is that it is a fantastic set to have, but it is a little bit overpriced. The minifigures and the raptors were the main reason I got this set. The set is fun to play with and looks okay when displayed. I would rate this set 4/5. I hope this review was helpful to all who read it and that you continue to love LEGOS!

Review: LEGO 75916 Dilophosaurus Ambush
Name: Dilophosaurus Ambush
Set Number: 75916
Pieces: 248
Price: $29.99
Minifigures: 3
Theme: Jurassic World
Year of Release: 2015
I really enjoyed the Jurassic World movie and had to grab all of the sets. This set was a nice little one to add to the collection. It took me about 25 minutes to complete. I began this build with the minifigures.
First, i started with the ACU Trooper. Unlike the troopers in the other Jurrassic world sets, this trooper comes without a ballistic vest and instead comes with a blue hat and an electric prod. He only has one face and it is a very serious face. His chest and legs are well detailed. The prod makes him seem like a guard, so I think it was a good fit. The next minifigure I worked on was Gray. He is one of the boys from the movie. Gray comes with two faces, happy and scared. His chest is well detailed, his hair is bushy, and his legs are just solid blue. The last figure I worked on was the dilophosaurus. It is a lot bigger than the minifigures and the patterns on its body look fantastic! Its legs, arms, head, and mouth can all be moved for different action shots. After the dilophosaurs, I worked on the gyrosphere and the truck.
The first vehicle I worked on was the gyrosphere. It has a chair inside it that stays upright when you roll the ball. This feature is very cool because no matter where/how fast you roll it, the minifigure inside will always be upright. The gyrosphere was an awesome addition, but the truck is pretty cool too. The truck features are: a driver's cockpit, front winch, storage area and an exploding feature in the back of the vehicle. The winch is the coolest part about this truck and in the picture on the box, the winch is used to try and capture the dilophosaurus. Where the back tire is supposed to be, you can rotate the tire and cause boxes to flip out of the care to reenact driving on a bumpy terrain. The top support can also be removed or lifted up. The vehicles look great together and are great to play with.
Overall, this is a fun set to own and reasonably priced. The dinosaur figures in each of the sets are custom, so the price of these sets are a little higher than their piece to price ratio should be. I think this set is worth buying because I have had a lot of fun messing around with the vehicles and playing with the minifigures. Also, this is a cool set to put on display as if the dilophosaurus was actually chasing the gyrosphere! I would rate this set 5/5. I hope this review was helpful to all who read it and that you continue to love LEGOS!

Review: LEGO 76046 Heroes of Justice: Sky High Battle
Set Number: 76046
Pieces: 517
Price: $59.99
Minifigures: 5
Theme: DC Comics
Year of Release: 2016
This was the first Lego Batman vs. Superman set that I bought. I thought that the new Batwing looked really unique and this set came with all of the main characters from the movie. I began this set by building the minifigures.
I began by building Batman. He is detailed from head to toe and his skin tone is darker than the other Batman minifigures. I think it is really unique how that recently all of the Batman minifigures have a headband on their heads that acts as their eyes when you put the mask on him. Batman also comes with a new and shiny cape. The next minifigure i worked on was Lois Lane. Her detailing is very basic and her legs are just a solid black. She isn't unique, but is a good edition to the new Batman vs. Superman series. Wonder Woman is the next minifigure I worked on. She is amazingly designed. This Wonder Woman minifigure is unique to the Batman vs. Superman series and she is detailed all over from heat to toe. She even comes with her bullet-repelling gauntlets. Next, I worked on Lex Luthor. His head is almost the same as the old Lex Luthor model and his outfit is slightly detailed. The hair kind of takes away from the original Lex Luthor look, but overall he looks fine. Finally, I build Superman. His character model looks fantastic and is updated a little from the previous Superman model. I like how that this new Superman has a smile on his face rather than the older versions where he has a serious look to him. After the minifigures, I moved onto the vehicles.
I built the helicopter first out of the two vehicles. The helicopter features an opening cockpit, spinning rotors, and 8 Kryptonite flick fire missiles. There is nothing special about the helicopter and it is boring looking when compared to the new Batwing. Speaking of the new Batwing, that is what I built next. The new Batwing features an opening cockpit, wings that foldout for takeoff/landing, and a six-shooting rapid shooter. There is a mechanism in the back when you move the thrusters that activates the foldout wings. This mechanism is a little stiff, but you can also manually just fold the wings. Also, the stud shooter is manual and you shoot it at the front of the ship. It is a little hard to turn if you have big fingers, but you can slide one finger across the top of the spinning device that shoots the studs and that will work. Overall I really love how this Batwing looks. It is sleek and fun to play with. Both of these vehicles are also great for displaying.
As a whole set, I loved it so much! Not only do you get the cool Batwing in the movie and Lex Luthor's helicopter, but you also get 5 exclusive minifigures. This set is perfect for displaying in a collection or playing with on your free time. The price is pretty good for what you get. I would rate this set 5/5. I hope this review was helpful to all who read it and that you continue to love LEGOS!

Review: LEGO 75154 TIE Striker
Name: Tie Striker
Set Number: 75154
Pieces: 543
Price: $69.99
Minifigures: 4
Theme: Star Wars
Year of Release: 2016
This set has the newest tie fighter design out there. Along with the ship being unique, you get a few new minifigures to go along with it. It took me about and hour to complete. I first began this set with the minifigures.
The first minifigure I built was the rebel fighter. He comes with two faces, a helmet, and a blaster with a connector piece on the end. The trooper's outfit is from Endor, but I don't think they will be fighting on Endor in the upcoming Rogue One movie. He looks great and is detailed head to toe. The next minifigure I worked on was the Shoretrooper. He has a single angry face, a blaster pistol and a shoretrooper helmet. This minifigure is well detailed and looks fantastic. After that I built the Imperial Ground Crew minifigure. He has a single face that has a headset on it, two landing batons, and a helmet. The figure looks very professional and serious which gives it an awesome but scary look. There hasn't really ever been an imperial ground crew, so this is a nice minifigure to have. Finally, I built the TIE Pilot. He comes with an angry face (same as the shoretrooper), and an imperial pilot helmet. His chest and back are detailed while his legs are just solid black. Overall, the minifigures all looked really cool and I feel like they were a perfect addition to my collection.
Then I moved onto the TIE Striker. This is one of the coolest TIE ships that I have. Its features are: adjustable wings, central cockpit with top/front access, rear storage and two spring-loaded shooters. By storage standards, it is a medium size, but it is very long. There are about 8 stickers, all of which go on th wings and the central structure of the ship. It is really fun to play with and there are two niches in the sides where you can hold the ship safely. The ship looks fantastic overall and the technic pieces used to create the angled wings are amazing.
As a whole, the set looks amazing. Its fun to play with and looks menacing when displayed. The price to piece ratio is horrible. I wish that they had thrown in more minifigures or a structure to make the price seem more reasonable. I really enjoy this set besides the price, so I think that if you want a set that will entertain you and add to your tie fighter collection, this is an okay buy. I would rate this set 4/5. I hope this review was helpful to all who read it and that you continue to love LEGOS!
