Review: LEGO 75152 Imperial Assault Hovertank

  The movie Rogue One is approaching rapidly on December 16, so I thought I would do a review on another one of its Lego sets. This set took me about 30 minutes to build. I started the build by making the minifigures.
   The first minifigure I built was Chirrut Imwe. He is one of the most unique minifigures that I have ever seen. He comes with a robe, a staff, and a bow(I thought it was a big gun but Lego says otherwise.). Imwe also has a double sided face, one side smirking and the other side serious. His body is well detailed and you can clearly tell that he is blind by the color of his eyes. After Imwe, I built the hovertank pilots. These troopers are more detailed than most troopers in the Lego Star Wars franchise. From their helmet to their feet, there is so much detailing such as in the helmet, there are ridges in it to show that it isn't 2 dimensional. Each trooper comes with a blaster. Next, I built the hovertank.



   At first I didn't want to buy the hovertank because I thought it would be small and boring. Not too long after buying it did I realize what a cool built this is. The tank features: lots of armor detailing, transparent wheels to make it look like its hovering, a rotating gun turret, two spring-loaded shooters, a storage container, elevating guns on the side, and a cockpit to put the two pilots in. The hovertank is fun to play with and looks fantastic when displayed! The set overall is fantastic and I can't believe I almost didn't buy it.

   This set is one of the best buys I have made of any of the Lego Star Wars sets. The designers made this vehicle the perfect size to maneuver in small places and looks very imperial-like when you display it. Not only does this set come with a cool hovertank, it also comes with exclusive minifiures that you can only get in this set! Also, the piece to price ratio is very good.
